How to launch a hands-on Azure Academy training as an employer?

Our approach is both unique and highly effective. While gaining current and recognized certifications is important, we also focus on ensuring participants gain real-world experience with the tools and technologies used in today’s job market. The goal: confident, self-sufficient professionals ready to make an impact. To achieve this, Azure Academy applies the Project-Based Learning method.

Capturing aspirations

In the aspiration phase, we work with you to define the objectives for the intended training of new employees – the business case. We provide advice and assess your organization’s needs.

Initiating the practical training

In the initiation phase, we design the training program based on the previously defined business case. We create a planning schedule and cost estimate. If desired, our partners can support you with the recruitment and selection of candidates.

Practice-Based Training

During the training phase, participants follow an intensive, practice-based program. They receive support from a coach or buddy throughout the process. Progress and results are regularly discussed with both the participant and you, the employer.

Evaluation and completion

In the evaluation and completion phase, the program is formally concluded. Participants who successfully complete the training receive their official certificates and a letter of recognition. Together with the employer, we evaluate the program based on the objectives defined during the aspiration phase.

Lifelong learning

After employees have started in their (new) roles, they can stay up to date with new and relevant developments in Microsoft technologies through, among other things, our exclusive training offerings for alumni.
