Learning types
At Azure Academy, we believe that learning is most effective when it aligns with your ambition and situation. That’s why we offer three learning types: Trainings, Tracks, and Masterclasses. Each type has variations that cater to different learning needs and levels.
Trainings
Practical and task-oriented learning
Our trainings are compact programs of 1 to 5 days, in which you quickly acquire up-to-date IT skills that can be applied directly in your work. Always with official Microsoft materials and under the guidance of certified trainers.
Variants:
- Trainings with certificate: prepare you for an official Microsoft exam and recognized certification.
- Trainings with assessment or badge: may be completed with a test or digital badge as proof of completion.
- Trainings without certificate or badge: practice-oriented sessions that provide knowledge and skills without formal completion.
Tracks
Structured learning pathways
Tracks are programs that combine multiple trainings into a clear route toward a specific role or specialization. Step by step, you build knowledge, skills, and practical experience. Professional Tracks are completed with recognized certificates. Integrated Tracks are completed with certificates and credits or exemptions that may lead to MBO/HBO qualification (diploma)..
Variants:
- Starter Tracks: learning for a new job.
- Apprenticeship Tracks: learning on the job.
- Career Tracks: studying alongside your job, focused on career growth.
Masterclasses
In-depth learning and inspiration
Masterclasses are short, intensive sessions for IT professionals and managers who want to dive deeper into current topics such as AI, security, or cloud strategy. They combine inspiration with direct applicability.
Variants:
- Technical masterclasses for specialists who want to go in-depth.
- Business & management masterclasses for leaders who want to create impact with digital strategy.
- Inspiration events: interactive sessions focused on knowledge sharing and networking.
